Plans determine the level of access you have to GenStudio features and the number of member seats available for your team. SkyDeck.ai offers different subscription plans, each with its own set of features and pricing. You can choose a plan that best suits your needs and budget. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Navigate to the Billing Section: Go to the "Account" tab in the SkyDeck.ai Control Center, then select "Billing".
Current Plan Details: On the billing page, you'll see a section displaying your current plan. This includes:
Plan Name: The name of your current subscription plan (e.g., "Free Trial", "Essential", "Advanced").
Subscription Status: Whether you are on a free trial, a paid plan, or if your plan has expired.
Monthly Price: The base monthly cost of your current plan per seat.
Total: The total monthly cost, which is calculated by multiplying the monthly price per seat by the number of member seats included in your plan.
Credit Balance: Your current credit balance available for your account to access 40+ LLMs.
For Essential Plus and Advanced Plus plans, this includes a monthly top up of credit that is based on the number of seats.
Member Seats: The number of member seats included in your plan.
Renewal Date: The date your subscription will be renewed.
Find the "Upgrade" or "Change Plan" Button: If you are on a free trial or your plan has expired, you'll see an "Upgrade" button. If you are on a paid plan, you'll see a "Change Plan" button.
Explore Available Plans: Clicking the button will open a modal window or redirect you to a new page where you can view and select different subscription plans.
Select a New Plan: Choose the plan that best suits your needs.
Confirm Your Selection: Follow the prompts to confirm your new plan selection.
Upgrading your plan will take effect immediately.
Downgrading your plan might take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You will receive a confirmation message once your plan change is successful.
To obtain an invoice or receipt for your SkyDeck.ai subscription:
Click on the "Change Plan" option within your billing settings. This will redirect you to the Stripe platform.
Within Stripe, locate the "Invoice History" section at the bottom of the page.
Click on the specific payment record you wish to view.
On the subsequent screen, you will find options to download either an invoice or a receipt for the selected transaction.
