# Tags zuweisen
Tags ermöglichen es Ihnen, die Werkzeuge mit einer oder mehreren Gruppen von Mitgliedern in Ihrer Organisation zu verknüpfen. Nachdem ein Tag einem Werkzeug zugewiesen wurde, kann es nur von Mitgliedern verwendet werden, die ebenfalls diesem Tag zugewiesen sind.
Auf der Seite Werkzeuge klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche **Zuweisen** für jedes Werkzeug, das Sie verwalten möchten. Im Popup-Fenster können Sie mehrere Tags aus dem Mehrfachauswahl-Dropdown auswählen. Wechseln Sie nach Bedarf zwischen Auswahl und Abwahl der Tags. Klicken Sie dann auf **Speichern**.
Wiederholen Sie diesen Prozess für jedes KI-Werkzeug, um benutzerdefinierte Berechtigungsgruppen zu erstellen.
